Terri Ross is a world renowned, practice management expert, thought leader, and high-performance sales coach for both medical aesthetic practices and Fortune 500 medical aesthetic companies. She has helped thousands of practices launch, grow, and scale upwards of $2.5M in one year, and has been retained by several Fortune 500 companies in the aesthetics space to train their sales teams as well as deliver keynote presentations.
After nearly 10 years of serving as the Founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting, a highly successful practice management firm, Terri realized aesthetic practices needed one source for education, training, financial tools, and resources to become more efficient and profitable. She disrupted the aesthetic industry by founding and serving as Co-CEO of APX Platform—the most comprehensive, impactful, practice optimization platform based on her proven methodologies—that now has thousands of users across the globe. In March of 2023 after only two years post-launch, APX Platform merged with Engage Technologies Group to offer a full-service practice optimization and patient engagement solution. Terri now serves as President of Aesthetics for Engage Technologies Group.
Terri lectures all over the world for the top aesthetic societies and is a regular contributor to multiple major aesthetic publications. In addition, she hosts her own informative podcast: “In Touch with Terri: Trade Secrets for Medical Aesthetics.” Terri is still the Founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting and the Co-Founder of Aesthetic Success, an immersive hands on summit to learn the Strategy, System, Structure, and Skills needed to master the business of aesthetics.
Prior to her consulting career, Terri spent more than 15 years working for Fortune 500 Medical Device Companies managing sales teams and revenue exceeding $20M--consistently ranking in the Top 10% nationally. She was the managing partner of a Medical Spa in Beverly Hills that was acquired by Skin Spirit within 4 years.
