Tedd Van Gorden is the Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Skytale Group. He helps lead Skytale’s Investment Banking advisory engagements, allowing clients to achieve the full value of their businesses and identify new opportunities for growth.
Tedd prides himself in offering healthcare clients personalized, transparent, and comprehensive guidance through the mergers and acquisitions process. He strives to understand all aspects of a client’s organization and market to best present its value to potential buyers.
Prior to joining Skytale Group, Tedd was a Vice President at Ziegler Investment Banking, where he worked with mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, capital formation engagements, and agency (FHA/HUD, Fannie/Freddie) financing programs for senior living and healthcare providers and investors. At Ziegler, he had extensive involvement in leading analytical support for new business origination and deal execution involving both public and private healthcare providers on numerous sell-side transactions, bank placement engagements, and underwriting agency debt in the senior housing industry. Prior to Ziegler Investment Banking, Tedd was a senior analyst at the Brady Corporation.
Tedd received his B.B.A. from the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, majoring in finance, investment, and banking, and minoring in German, and MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. He loves running with his wife, playing with his son Chase, riding his bike, and watching St. Louis Blues hockey and baseball.
